Adam Tritt

About the Author

Adam Byrn Tritt was born on August 11, 1964 in Brookline, Massachusetts. He first became interested in magic when, at an early age, his mother told him she was a witch. This was a lie, but Adam's interest in the magical arts has remained piqued nonetheless. He completed his training in Egyptian magic as well as Western European shamanic practices in 1989 with a mysterious Crone Priestess known only as Leylah. Through his studies, no form of divination ever attracted him, until, investigating his ancestral background, he happened upon an obscure divination tool called Tellstones. Adam has reconstructed a modern form of this ancient tool, which he says is a "more socially acceptable than augury with animal entrails and quite a bit less messy." His book, Tellstones, was written at the request of his students. Adam is an award-winning poet as well as a certified hypnotherapist and an ordained minister, with degrees in religion, psychology and education. Adam continues to teach, heal, and give readings in the Graham, North Carolina, area where he lives with his wife Lee, daughter Sef, son Alek, and the family dog, a border collie named Keeley, all under a very big tree.
