Book Description
Does life have significance? Is there a purpose to your life on Earth? How
can you move toward fulfilling that purpose?
The wisdom of Kabbalah, the Jewish mystical tradition, directly addresses
these questions. Dr. Karen Milstein, psychologist, psychotherapist, and student
of Kabbalah, explains some basic concepts from this body of work that address
deep human questions. Attuning to the River of Kabbalah offers a novel and
effective approach for maximizing psychological and spiritual well-being.
Simple approaches from energy psychology and the inherent power of the human
mind are combined with ancient Kabbalistic wisdom. The reader can then make use
of a concise process of spiritual "diagnosis" and attunement, and
also will learn a new approach to meditation.
