Description

Gods & Goddesses of the Zodiac is a compilation of Anne Marie Garrison's sketches she did for the Llewellyn 1997 Astrological Calendar.

The deities were chosen from Babylonian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Egyptian, Teutonian, Yoruba and Syrian pantheons.

Each of the 13 black & white, 6" x 9" sketches is on a separate page to prevent marker bleed through from damaging the next sketch. Below each sketch are keywords about the astrological sign. The facing page contains a description of the deity.

About the Artist

Anne Marie Garrison has designed & illustrated numerous books, children's books, and calendars. This coloring book is from the sketches she produced for Llewellyn's 1997 Astrological Calendar. She is also in demand for cover designs.

She works as a contract illustrator and book cover designer in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
